-Troubleshoot systems issues
in order to resolve outages, respond to tickets and
restore service within the specified SLAs.
-Perform problem analysis of recurring incidents
-Install and configure patches, operating system upgrades
and other software products
-Perform system performance analysis & tuning
-Perform disk and storage management
-Perform security administration
-Work with cross-functional teams (may include third
party vendors) to resolve issues
-Participate in projects as required
