Responsible for developing and implementing clear, consistent frameworks for structuring and closing transactions:
- Participate in account planning and strategy
- Understanding of online and traditional media
- Understand and evangelize existing policies and programs
- Provide creative solutions to close complex transactions
- Identify and escalate non-standard requirements
- Facilitate deal review and approvals
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams
- Train and mentor field on best practices
- Engage in customer negotiations
- Evaluate existing sales methodologies and develop a plan to improve efficiency, cycle time, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and present deal trends to management
- Provide field feedback to influence buying programs
- Communicate frequently with channels of distribution, business partners, marketing, and field sales on all aspects of business
