in as few words as possible.

We
do not sign NDAs
Our reputation is predicated upon our maintaining
strict confidentiality. Aprilis does not sign NDA's
until a term sheet is signed and in depth due diligence
begins. The foundation of a successful relationship
between a venture investor and entrepreneur hinges
on the trust between the investor and the company.
Do not submit any information or other materials that
you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Because
of the large number of business plans and related
materials that we review, and the similarity of many
such plans and materials, we cannot accept responsibility
for protecting against misuse or disclosure of any
confidential or proprietary information or other materials
in the absence of our express written agreement to
do so.
Submitting
your plan
Please submit your plan only to the designated e-mail
address at Aprilis as doing otherwise may significantly
delay our ability to review your plan on a timely
basis. Due to the high volume of plan submissions
we receive, we can only contact you if we are interested
in opening a dialogue on an investment opportunity.
